Seventy percent of Dutch Safari’s cars come from outside the U.S. Getting to them and tracking them once they arrive in the U.S. can be very difficult. They needed to know where the cars were at all times and when they would be delivered. They needed to trust the drivers delivering the cars, and they needed to stay within budget while having a secure payment method to deliver a dream car to the end customer.
Strategy: Make shipping logistics easier
Dutch Safari needed to figure out how to make the business quicker, easier, and cheaper because importing and exporting is not an ordeal the average car enthusiast is willing to endure. They needed to know the price quote they received would stick and have a way to compare pricing and bids so they could budget accordingly. They also needed to have an accurate timeline estimate, the ability to communicate directly with drivers to coordinate deliveries, trust the quality of the carriers, and a secure payment method.
