Delivery Hours:
Varies – Schedule at a reasonable, agreed upon time.
Please schedule at least 24-48 hours ahead of time.

Packaging and Transportation

  • Blanket wrap and/or shrink-wrap packing are required. Ensure items are secure with straps as needed. All items must be transported in an enclosed vehicle type.
  • No assistance is given / guaranteed at pick-up or delivery unless explicitly requested and granted prior to booking the shipment.
  • If you notice something wrong with the piece please tell us because we might be able to quickly resolve the issue before it leaves our building.
  • Weights of items are ESTIMATED, we do not have the equipment to weigh them.
  • You will be held liable for In-Transit damage that is caused from mishandling pieces or pieces that were not secured properly.

    Scheduling

  • How we communicate to customers: (1) Tell them we have booked the shipment with you, (2) Tell them when you pick up, providing your contact information and uShip ETA, (3) Call and or message customer/delivery recipient after delivery to ask how it went.
  • Please contact the pickup location (typically our store) around 48 hours prior to pickup. This allows us to prepare the product and make sure the item is ready when you arrive.
  • You must also contact delivery locations at least 48 hours prior to delivery to confirm the scheduled appointment window.
  • Inform uShip and Bucks County Estate Traders of scheduling difficulties and/or delays. Also use Utilize uShip app to report delays.
  • We do not work with brokers, you may not contract the work to another company/individual.
  •  

    Delivery

  • Contact delivery locations at least 48 hours prior to delivery to confirm the scheduled appointment window.
  • You must not deliver items outside of a person’s home unless explicitly instructed to by the customer, the expectation is White Glove Delivery.
  • Please reach out to Bucks County Estate Traders when accounting difficulty in reaching or communicating with a customer.
  • If damage occurs in transit, please contact us so we can find a solution prior to delivery!

    Documentation

  • You need to sign our physical Liability Form at pickup.
  • Using uShip’s eBOL is required unless service/technical issues apply. Please use our email to relay what would otherwise be conveyed via eBOL when difficulties arise.
  • You should take multiple photos at both locations to document the condition of the items shipped in the event of a claim. Please point out any issues you might find at pickup because our team can likely quickly resolve the issue.

    Payment Release

  • eBOL documentation REQUIRED for payment release unless email communication is made because of technical difficulties.
  • If no eBOL is utilized, or it lacks a signature or satisfactory delivery photos, payment release may be delayed due to the need to confirm delivery with the buyer.
