PICKUP AND DELIVERY HOURS

Pickup Hours: Varies, schedule at reasonable, agreed upon time.

FLOORFOUND REQUIREMENTS FOR CARRIERS

TO BID ON FUTURE FLOORFOUND SHIPMENTS

 

  • Packaging and Transportation

  • Pickups will be from customers’ homes.
  • Returns will be taken to a reseller’s factory to resell the item.
  • Blanket wrap service and/or shrink-wrap packing are required for all items.
  • All items must be transported in an enclosed vehicle type
  • Enable GPS tracking if possible
  •  

  • Scheduling

  • Please contact the pickup and delivery locations within 24 hours of booking to confirm your arrival window.
  • You must also contact delivery locations at least 72 hours before delivery to confirm the scheduled appointment window.
  • Utilize uShip app to report delays
  •  

  • Delivery

  • Delivery will be to reselling facilities/storefronts.
  • Available hours to receive vary; please refer directly to the listing information for specific delivery availability at the location in question.
  •  

  • Assistance

  • No assistance is provided at pick-up or delivery.
  • If assistance is needed, note the weight and size of the item and plan accordingly.
  •  

  • Documentation

  • Using uShip’s eBOL is required unless service/technical issues apply.
  • At the delivery location, please send the completed eBOL to the signing recipient.
  • Upon completing eBOL, please screenshot the completed eBOL and text it to the recipient.
  • You should take multiple photos at both locations to document the condition of the items shipped in the event of a claim.

  • Payment Release

  • eBOL documentation REQUIRED for payment release.
  • If you are unable to send a screenshot of the eBOL to the recipient, payment release may be delayed because FloorFound needs to confirm receipt of the item.
  • FloorFound does not work over the weekend; subsequently, Friday or weekend deliveries are subject to a slightly longer time to release payment.
