PICKUP AND DELIVERY HOURS
Pickup Hours (ONLY):
Mon – Fri: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sat: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
*Must provide 24-hour notice.
Delivery Hours:
Mon – Sun: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
*Must provide 24-48 hour notice. Contact delivery location for further availability.
HARP GALLERY GUIDELINES FOR CARRIERS
*PLEASE READ CAREFULLY*
FAILURE TO FOLLOW GUIDELINES MAY IMPACT ABILITY TO BID ON FUTURE HARP GALLERY SHIPMENTS
- A BOL is required for all Harp Gallery shipments – please use eBOL whenever possible.
- Harp Gallery does not accept offers. The prices that they are willing to pay for the shipments are listed.
- Do not accept if you can not meet the pickup or delivery dates posted on the listing.
- Enclosed box truck or sprinter van required and experience moving furniture.
- Most items require two or more people to load and unload (asking for assistance from seller or buyer is prohibited).
- Blanket wrapped service and/or packing/crating required at pickup.
- Unwrapping and debris removal required.
- Items will be delivered to a residence – do not call the resident unless you are trying to schedule a delivery appointment.
- No loading/unloading assistance provided – please bring assistance if needed.
- Please contact the booking party if you are unable to reach the pickup location.
