PICKUP AND DELIVERY HOURS

Pickup Hours:

Customers may be contacted between 9 AM–6 PM based on the customer’s time zone.

Delivery Hours:
Mon – Fri – 8 AM to 4 PM, except holidays.

HYDROW'S GUIDELINES FOR CARRIERS

FAILURE TO FOLLOW GUIDELINES MAY IMPACT ABILITY TO BID ON FUTURE HYDROW SHIPMENTS

 

Documentation:

  • Using uShip’s eBOL is requested unless service/technical issues apply.
  • At a minimum, a copy of a signed BOL with supplemental photos from both pickup and delivery is required.
  • You should take multiple photos at both locations to document the condition of the machine in the event of a claim.

 

Assistance:

  • In-home pickup from customer and return to Hydrow.
  • Items require 2 people to properly handle. Please plan to bring help if needed. It is never acceptable to request assistance from the customer.

 

Packaging and Transportation:

  • Blanket wrap service and/or shrink-wrap packing are required for all items.
  • Foam padding or blanket/plastic wrapping of the front and rear feet is required.
  • All items must be transported in a box truck or enclosed trailer.

Scheduling:

  • Please contact the pickup and delivery locations within 24 hours of booking to confirm your arrival window.
  • You must also contact PU/DEL locations at least 24-48 hours prior to appointment.
  • When calling the pickup location, please identify yourself as the carrier that has been selected by Hydrow to transport the return unit.
  • Consignee is a business with dock doors.
