THOS. MOSER GUIDELINES FOR CARRIERS

FAILURE TO FOLLOW GUIDELINES MAY IMPACT ABILITY TO BID ON FUTURE THOS. MOSER SHIPMENTS
- BOL is required for all Thomas Moser shipments.
- Warehouse with a loading dock at pickup.
- In-home delivery to room of choice delivery.
- Provide a minimum of 48 hours notice prior to arrival at pickup and delivery locations.
- Most items require 2 people to properly handle. Please plan accordingly and bring help if needed. It is never acceptable to request assistance from the customer.
- Blanket wrap service and/or packing/crating (including all proper materials) is required for all items.
- All items must be transported in a box truck, sprinter van, or enclosed trailer from pickup to delivery. No items can be placed inside a pickup truck or in the truck bed. Enclosed transport is required.
- You must contact the pickup and delivery locations within 24 hours of booking to confirm your arrival window (customers may be available sooner upon contact).
- Customers may be contacted between 7:30am-8:30pm based on the customer’s time zone.
