VIBE KAYAKS GUIDELINES FOR CARRIERS

FAILURE TO FOLLOW GUIDELINES MAY IMPACT ABILITY TO BID ON FUTURE VIBE KAYAKS SHIPMENTS

  • uShip’s Electronic Bill of Lading (eBOL) is required for all shipments.
  • Do not stack freight on top of a kayak. Do not wedge kayak between freight that will shift in transit. Bring your own straps to secure.
  • Items will usually be delivered to a residence, but some shipments do go to their kayak dealers.
  • Following booking, Vibe asks that all carriers contact the pickup warehouse and delivery customer ASAP to start scheduling.
  • Pickup and delivery appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise carriers will be turned away upon arrival at the warehouse.
  • Please contact the booking party if you are unable to reach the pickup or delivery location.
